All persons owning a house in Catherine Place Subdivision in Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas, are members of the Catherine Place Homeowners Association and are subject to the rules established by the Association. 

Catherine Place Pavilion is available for reservation by Catherine Place Homeowners Association (HOA) members only. There is no fee to rent the pavilion, but a deposit of $25.00 is required. Catherine Place homeowners must be in good standing to be eligible for reservation. Good standing means that the Catherine Place homeowner is current on all payments of HOA dues and fines.
